Well, fabulous invisible people who are the only ones who are reading my blog, I just proved how un-techy I really am. It just took me 16 minutes to figure out how to write another post on my blog. I know, genius. Plus, I by accidentally pushed some button and now I, myself, is following my own blog and furthermore, i am my blog's only follower! Love it. This is going to be a short post because the hells of 11th grade are quickly burning up all of my free time tonight and I have a HUGE test on The Grapes of Wrath (UGH) tomorrow. I just want to introduce you to one of my current favorite artists. Franz Kline. He was an American painter who is mainly associated with the Abstract Expressionist movement centered around New York in the 1940s and 1950s. Some of his paintings are currently on display at the
MOMA if anyone has time to go see. They are right next to the fabulous Louise Nevelsons. In my next post I'll explain why I love him so much. You might be surprised when you first look at his paintings, but do not be deceived. A baby could not have done them.
